Will I get anything shipped to me when I purchase from you?
No, all of my products are digital instant downloads. This means after you pay and payment clears, you will be able to download the files you’ve purchased. You will not receive anything shipped from us to you.
Can I use these digital backgrounds, clipart and digital papers for commercial use?
Yes, you may use the downloaded files for almost any purpose, personal or commercial. The only restriction that these files have is you may not sell them as is copying my shop’s business model. So, please do not download them, package them as your own and resell them as digital downloads, backgrounds, digital papers or artwork. Other than that, use as you see fit. Purchase does not transfer copyright. Do not resell, redistribute or share these files as is.
Are these files high resolution?
Yes, all my digital download files are at 300ppi/dpi at their respective sizes. All digital paper files are 12”x12” at 300dpi.
What is your method for creating these files?
I have been a Graphic Designer for a long time and am an avid Photoshop user. Most of my graphics are created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Sometimes I use public domain images to start from as a base, then change them suit the design I’m going for.
Will you refund my order?
Unfortunately, I cannot refund orders do to the nature of the digital download business if the files have been downloaded. Once you download the file you technically have the product and there is no way to return it. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any trouble with the files or have questions, please let me know. I’d be happy to help if I can. If you have not downloaded any of the files, we may cancel or refund your order at your request within one week after purchase.
How do I print the files on regular size paper if they are 12”x12”?
Most home printers have a way in the print dialog to scale to size. You may also be able to crop them to size depending on the photo editing software you use. If you can print on larger paper containing the entire 12”x12” image, you may cut out the correct size so the image bleeds to the edge of the paper.
